We are looking for a skilled Epic Analyst to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. Salary : $93,500 - $135,700
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement client-side scripting solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Manage system configuration processes, maintaining optimal performance and adhering to best practices.
- Design and support API integrations to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce development, including customization and optimization.
- Analyze system workflows and propose improvements to streamline operations.
- Conduct testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Deliver training and support for end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous functionality.
- Prepare detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and development activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in client-side scripting within healthcare or related industries.Strong knowledge of creating and managing business requirement documents.Hands?on expertise in configuration management and system optimization.Proficiency in API development and integration.Solid understanding of Salesforce development and customization.Ability to analyze and improve system workflows effectively.Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.Seniority level
