About the Facility Location If you enjoy being outdoors, Urbana, Illinois is the perfect place to be while on assignment! You can visit Meadowbrook Park, the University of Illinois Arboretum, and Busey Woods for walking trails and beautiful views! About the Clinician's Workday The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 7 : 30 AM start for MAC blocks. The role consists of 40% outpatient clinic time, with 30-minute consults and 15-30-minute follow-ups, and 60% GI procedure lab time, where procedure length is based on the average of the last 30 cases. Sedation is either procedure sedation or MAC, depending on criteria, with separate MAC blocks for qualifying patients. Candidates must be Board Certified and hold an active IL license to apply. Credentialing will take approximately 60-90 days. Additional Job Details Case Load / PPD : variable - all general GI procedures Support Staff : 6 full-time and 2 part-time Ambulatory APPs in clinic.
