Job Summary (Full Stack Engineer Recruiting Workflow Automation, Contract)

  • System Architecture & Development
  • Design and implement a secure, scalable web platform integrating Greenhouse, Workday, and internal workflows.
  • Develop APIs and automation for data synchronization, approval routing, and offer generation.
  • Build on Google Cloud Platform using modern web frameworks.
  • Ensure modular architecture for future integrations.
  • Workflow Automation & Process Optimization
  • Automate manual offer approval steps into auditable workflows.
  • Streamline approval logic, notifications, and offer generation.
  • Implement role-based access controls for different user groups.
  • UI / UX Development
  • Create an intuitive, responsive portal for approval status and offer tracking.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights on process efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Project Management
  • Work closely with Recruiting, HR, and Tech teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Manage deliverables and timelines throughout the 3 6 month project.
  • Provide documentation and materials for transition and long-term support.
  • Required Technical Skills
  • Full stack development with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python, or similar).
  • API development and data integration, especially with Greenhouse and Workday.
  • Relational database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Cloud SQL, IAM).
  • Strong knowledge of security, authentication, and data privacy.
  • Professional Experience
  • Experience building workflow automation tools or internal systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong process automation, data mapping, and UI / UX skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Technical & Soft Skills
  • Technical : Full stack development, API integration, workflow automation, cloud (GCP), database design, security, UI / UX.
  • Soft : Stakeholder collaboration, problem solving, process optimization, clear communication, attention to detail, project ownership.
  • Other Details
  • Location : Hybrid onsite in New York, NY.
  • Duration : 3 6 months (potential for extension).
  • Compensation : Open rate based on experience.
  • Interview Process
  • One technical interview.
