Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sign Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing high-quality signage, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Graphic Design and installation experience is helpful.

Job Responsibilities :

Operate and maintain a variety of sign-making equipment, including digital printers, digital cutters, laminators, and other sign making equipment.

Prepare substrates for application; assemble signs from various substrates, including vinyl, digital prints, and other materials.

Assemble signs and prepare them for installation, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards.

Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment.

Perform finishing operations such as laminating, mounting, and routing.

Manage inventory of materials and supplies, keeping the production area well-stocked and organized.

Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Qualifications :

• Experience in a production environment, sign industry experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various types of machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation or related field is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
