Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of restoration projects (water, fire, mold).

Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Maintain proactive communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal staff.

Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and project timelines.

Enforce job site safety, code compliance, and company quality standards.

Track project documentation, approvals, and client communications.

Qualifications

Previous experience in restoration, residential construction, or project management required.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and manage several jobs concurrently.

Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Experience with insurance claims and mitigation standards a plus.

Benefits

Base Salary : $85,000

Performance Bonuses : Total earning potential of $100,000$125,000+

Schedule

Full-Time : MondayFriday

Flexible Availability : Occasional emergency or after-hours work may be required

Coverage Area : Regular travel to job sites in Madison, Decatur, and Athens
