Job descriptionAt least one year of experience as a Vocational Nurse is preferred. Home Health experience is highly valued. A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance are essential for this position. CPR certification is also mandatory.
As a Vocational Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You will utilize an established plan of care in accordance with physician orders and adhere to industry best practices.
You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma is required for this role.
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing is also necessary.
