Job description
A company is looking for a Revenue Support Specialist to support commercial and financial teams in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal contracts and support sales with quotes and dashboards
Oversee customer invoicing, payment collection, and cash application processes
Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities
Required Qualifications
BS or BA in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in CRM Administration, preferably Zoho
1-2 years' experience in commercial sales and service organizations
Experience with customer contract administration
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality management systems (ISO 13485 : 2016 is a plus)
