Responsibilities Include :

• Supervise all nursing care in the facility
• Assess residents as needed
• Document in residents medical record as needed
• Admit / readmit residents
• Ensure that a safe environment is maintained
• Assist unit nurses as needed
• Interact with facility physicians as needed
• Any other tasks as assigned by the DNS

Qualifications / Requirements :

Salary Range :    $48 - 55

Based on Experience

$5,000 Sign on Bonus

Shift Needs : All Positions, including RN (Registered Nurse) Unit Manager, shift / house supervisor.
