Job descriptionDevelop, enhance, and sustain software systems within a cross-functional engineering team. Follow established design control processes and adhere to good engineering practices. Analyze requirements for individual software components and translate results into effective design solutions. Design and implement modules that address specific requirements with moderate guidance. Apply working knowledge of software engineering practices, processes, and technology trends. Contribute to development efforts in a process-oriented and regulated environment, following a quality management system. Support engineering documentation, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related engineering discipline required. 4–5 years of software engineering experience. Understanding of multi-threaded software design and development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working within regulated environments and following structured quality processes. Ability to work independently with moderate guidance. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
