Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.

  • Gerenciar agendas executivas, agendar reunies e coordenar planos de viagem.
  • Preparar e editar correspondncias, relatrios e apresentaes.
  • Manter sistemas de arquivamento e gerenciar documentos relacionados a projetos de clientes.
  • Realizar pesquisas para auxiliar na busca de candidatos e nas necessidades dos clientes.
  • Apoiar a equipe com vrias tarefas administrativas, conforme necessrio.
  • Comunicar-se de forma eficaz com clientes e candidatos para uma experincia profissional.
  • Ajudar na organizao de eventos, reunies e workshops da empresa.
