We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business System Analyst (BSA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our enterprise Salesforce product for our clients. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain business process documentation. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams. Create user stories, user flow diagrams, and other artifacts to define system functionality. Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state. Collaborate with clients to understand their processes, challenges, and desired outcomes. Work closely with the development team to ensure technical solutions align with business needs. Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for client teams on using the new system. Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues before user acceptance testing (UAT). Document system configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge transfer. Support ongoing client needs by providing post-implementation support and addressing user queries. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). 6-8 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of business process analysis and modeling techniques. Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologies (., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in technical documentation tools (., Microsoft Word, Visio). Working knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions (a plus). Strong understanding of business process analysis methodologies (., BPMN).
