Job description

Job Title

This role emphasizes a strong customer service focus, ensuring timely and accurate support for internal and external stakeholders. It involves close cross-departmental collaboration to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting inventory inquiries and ensuring data integrity to support business needs. The position requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Perform supply chain analyses to identify and recommend efficiencies and to improve effectiveness and performance.

Support in the development and execution of the supply chain strategic plan to improve processes, technology, performance and to reduce costs.

Gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations.

Review existing supply chain processes and develop a plan to address any deficiencies.

Monitor key performance indicators and make recommendations to create department efficiencies.

Develop and review methods to capture and analyze data and create efficiencies related to the following :

Company spend

Material supply and demand

Collaborate with IT to ensure priorities are in-line and progress is being made toward strategic plans and requests.

Advise and assist process owners, management, and others in identifying, prioritizing, developing and implementing changes and procedures.

In collaboration with engineering and field operations ensure materials programs are designed to optimize inventory.

Identify market trends, competitive forces, and industry best practices in the supply chain discipline.

Ensure supply chain data integrity and system configurations are managed to best practice.

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

Preferred Bachelor's Degree business administration, other related field.

Working knowledge of applying policies and implementing procedures consistent with established strategies.

Working knowledge of applying processes, concepts and measures for continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain functions.

Experience analyzing, identifying, and / or resolving problems in evaluating processes or procedures.

Application of basic math and algebraic formulas.

Knowledge and training related to :

Oracle ERP

Interpersonal skills / customer relations

MAXIMO

Company organizational structure

Process improvement methods

Sourcing methodologies

Experience researching, composing, and preparing reports and presentations, procedures, studies, documentation, and correspondence.

Experience in use and function of office equipment including microcomputers and applicable software.

Read and write fluently in English.

Minimum Applicable driver's license.

Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings.

Communicate and exchange information; conduct oral presentations.

Sufficient to perform job responsibilities.
