Responsibilities :

• Overseeing profit and loss by following cash control
• Maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, reviewing financials, and taking corrective action when needed
• Recruit, train and develop outstanding team members
• Conduct performance appraisals
• Manage McDonald's brand standards alongside our company policies and procedures
