Job description

Advanced Analytics Manager Commercial Analytics & Insights

This temporary hybrid role supports a U.S. commercial business unit by delivering data-driven insights that shape strategy optimize promotional investments and guide field execution. Onsite presence is required 2 3 days per week.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Analytics Economics Statistics or a related field

5 years of analytics experience within pharma biotech healthcare or a data-driven commercial environment

Background in marketing measurement mix modeling A / B testing HCP segmentation or dynamic targeting

Experience with large datasets and tools such as Python R SQL or advanced Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions

Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

Experience working with healthcare datasets such as IQVIA or Symphony

Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive analyses using medical and pharmacy claims CRM data promotional data and internal / external datasets

Generate insights on prescriber behavior patient access dynamics and channel performance to influence marketing and sales strategy

Evaluate promotional tactics across digital field and non-personal channels including ROI and impact assessment

Support predictive modeling initiatives such as HCP targeting call optimization and Dynamic Engagement Plan evaluations

Translate complex analytical outputs into clear presentations for senior leadership

Contribute to business reviews including quarterly and monthly reviews brand planning and field strategy sessions

Measure effectiveness of field initiatives sample strategy and targeting lists

Schedule

Full-time 40 hours per week

Monday through Friday

8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM with a 1-hour lunch

Contract duration : January 12 2026 December 31 2026

Hybrid schedule with 2 3 days / week onsite
