We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Automotive Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled technicians, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive business growth. Our high-volume stores and generous bonus structure allow top performers to earn over $130K annually.

What you'll do :

• Lead the Team : Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Delight Customers : Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
• Drive Sales : Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Manage Operations : Oversee daily shop operations and ensure efficiency. Other duties as assigned.
