This position is responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties to support and ensure smooth operations for the commercial sales, design, and construction departments. This position will support the gathering, entry, and organization of sales, design, and construction related documents. In-Office position.
Responsibilities :
- Meet daily with supervisor to discuss and reprioritize tasks.
- Record and document weekly meeting minutes.
- Preparation of submittal documents and operation manual packages.
- Recording labor and materials during construction phases.
- Preparing invoices.
- Obtaining and presenting quoted materials and services from vendors and subcontractors.
- Assisting in updating project schedules.
- Organize electronic files, create business proposals, and monitor supplies.
- Ability to multitask and stay on task under minimal supervision.
- Respond to clients' inquiries and requests through phone calls or personal visits, update customer records.
