Data Center Project Management Senior Director - East Region

The Senior Director of Project Management for the East Region is a senior leadership role responsible for strategic planning, execution, and successful management of a large team supporting a hyperscale data center client. This individual will lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, design managers, and engineers. The Director will drive process improvements, manage client relationships at a high level, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability. Data Center construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include :

• Financial performance of a client account team including budgeting, actual results, forecasting, and reporting.
• Interacting regularly with client(s) to ensure goals and objectives are established and achieved.
• Managing and leading project management staff and ensuring thorough staff understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures.
• Supporting project management staff operating in an outsourced capacity with client to implement procurement / contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closeout phases of projects or programs.
• Developing new business growth and maintaining existing business relationships.
• Overseeing the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports to the client and company.

Compensation : The minimum salary for this position is $200,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $235,000 annually. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
