Job Title : Associate Vice President (AVP), Sales & Delivery – RevCycle Division

Reports To : Vice President, RevCycle Division

Location : Tampa (with travel to corporate offices and client sites as needed)

Role Summary :

The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Sales & Delivery is responsible for leading the Account Executive team within the RevCycle division. This role bridges sales strategy with operational execution, overseeing client acquisition, account growth, service delivery, and AE performance management. The AVP ensures alignment across sales, recruiting, and compliance teams to drive revenue and gross margin targets while maintaining service quality and consultant retention.

Key Responsibilities : Sales & Growth Leadership

• Set strategy for acquiring new clients and expanding share within existing accounts.
• Support AEs in lead generation, pipeline management, RFP responses, and negotiations.
• Partner with VP and corporate leadership on pricing, contract structure, and go-to-market strategy.
