Contract Payroll Manager

Job Overview :

Search Solution Group is seeking a Payroll Manager on behalf of our client, a not-for-profit organization that serves as the voice of the restaurant industry in Massachusetts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple locations, maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations, and supporting the organization's Human Resources department in payroll administration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, review, and process weekly payroll for restaurants, commissary, and corporate office employees.
• Utilize the ADP Payroll Processing System to manage payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Prepare and process annual W-2 forms , ACA reporting , and handle wage garnishments as required.
• Input and maintain new hire information in ADP; update employee records for promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Communicate with restaurant managers regarding payroll issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain detailed quarterly, yearly, and weekly payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and internal company policies related to payroll processing.
• Identify and resolve payroll errors promptly.
• Support audits and provide payroll-related documentation when necessary.
