Field Service Engineer

Our client is a Maryland-based company that specializes in the sales and service of medical imaging equipment, particularly X-ray / DR. Covering a regional territory across Northern Virginia, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting while delivering excellent levels of customer service.

• Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
• Install, service, and maintain X-ray and DR imaging systems across customer sites
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize equipment downtime
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong client relationships
• Complete service documentation and reports accurately and on time
• Support occasional installation projects outside the core territory (approx. 20% travel)
• Qualifications
• Field Service experience with X-Ray / Medical Imaging equipment
• Electronics background
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel regionally (2.5-hour radius)

Pay : $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
