Enterprise Security Engineer, IAM (US Remote)

This role provides the opportunity to design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions in a complex enterprise environment. You will be responsible for administering secure authentication and authorization systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and improving overall security posture. The position allows you to collaborate closely with IT operations, security architects, auditors, and application owners while leveraging automation, analytics, and best practices to optimize IAM workflows. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of translating technical IAM challenges into actionable solutions. You will play a key role in enabling secure access to enterprise systems, supporting both operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role with a mix of technical administration, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Accountabilities :

• Administer, configure, and maintain IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Support automated and manual provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts across applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, configuration guides, system diagrams, runbooks, and user guides.
• Monitor and analyze IAM-related data, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide expert-level support for IAM incidents, resolving access issues and authentication failures.
• Ensure IAM systems comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, supporting audits and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with application owners, IT teams, and auditors to integrate and optimize IAM solutions across the enterprise.
