SAP Business Solutions Manager Record to Report (R2R)

Onsite (5 days a week) in Northwest Houston, TX (77064)

Job Summary :

• Lead R2R transformation initiatives, focusing on process optimization and innovative solutions.
• Champion technical aspects of R2R projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Define and document comprehensive technical and business process requirements.
• Oversee process governance, performance monitoring, and ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to support the adoption of new solutions and initiatives.
• Bring 10+ years of SAP FI / CO, FA, and Project module experience, including SAP integration (SD, MM, PP).
• Demonstrate strong understanding of US GAAP (IFRS knowledge preferred).
• Preferably hold SAP certification and have experience with BI tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI) and OneStream.
• Exhibit leadership experience managing value streams in SAP implementations.
• Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
