Qualifications :

  • Valid Michigan certificate
  • Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate required with one of the following endorsements
  • General Education - Industry and Technology Education TE, Industrial Technology IX, Vocational Technology VT

Job Responsibilities :

  • Teach courses using best practices and have the ability to differentiate instruction to meet needs of a variety of learners
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate and also use data to drive instruction
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :

  • Reaching : Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
  • Lifting : Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.

  • Repetitive motions : Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers.
