SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems as needed.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
Document internal procedures for resolving issues.Assist with onboarding of new users and terminating access to exiting employees / volunteers.Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
Coordinates and integrates various computer system functions.Collects information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.Aids in customizing, upgrading, integrating and testing software for users.Installs, tests, maintains and supports operating systems and hardware.Travels to multiple locations throughout the organization to carry out job duties.Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration.Documents projects and writes user instructions.Records and maintains hardware and software inventories, site and / or server licensing and user access and security.Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and / or systems.Installs, operates and repairs printers, copiers, desktop computers, laptops, tablets networking equipment and other information technology dependent devices at various locations throughout the organization.Performs problem resolution and provides on-call support for computer / network systems.Responsible for full and partial systems backup and shutdown, minor computer corrections, maintain logs of backups and any errors incurred.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Systems Analyst I
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical school program of study in information technology or an associate degree in information technology.
Minimum of 4 years of familiarity and experience in an information technology support role.
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
Knowledge of HIPAA standards and requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses a current license to operate a motor vehicle and a clean driving record (must be insurable).

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking or related field
