Description :

We are seeking a Hospice RN Clinical Coordinator for an in-office, clinical and administrative position.

The Hospice RN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day clinical operations in collaboration with the Clinical Director.

This ensures timely delivery of patient care and improves clinical quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

The Clinical Coordinator also functions as a clinical resource and mentor for the hospice nursing staff.

The position serves as back-up for the Clinical Director as needed.

Occasional on-call may be required.

Preference is for an RN with no restrictions on time off.

Position urgency is for a quick start.

Holiday coverage may be required.
