Speech-Language Pathologist

We'll Provide :

What You'll Do :
Transform lives using evidence-based approaches to help clients develop communication skills while honoring their unique strengths and processing styles."Therapeutic detective work" – using clinical expertise to assess, interpret observations and test results, and develop individualized treatment plans that meet each client exactly where they are.Implement innovative child-led, play-based interventions, support multimodal communication access including AAC, and collaborate with program assistants and interns to maximize outcomes.Build lasting partnerships with families by providing home program instruction, progress updates, and empowering caregivers with strategies that support their child's communication journey.Document client progress efficiently using our EMR system and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and certification requirements.Skills You'll Need :
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current NH state licensure (CCC completed or in progress).Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based therapeutic approaches with comfort in child-led, play-based interventions.Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Physical ability to maintain various positions (sit, stand, move appropriately), support dysregulated clients when necessary, and tolerate occasional loud environments.Eagerness to learn and collaborate within our team-oriented environment.Ready to Make a Difference?
