We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to join our team and play a key role in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. If you have a strong understanding of loan processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do

• Lead from the front : oversee a team of loan officers and set the standard in production, communication, and work ethic.
• Own the numbers : drive pipeline performance, track conversion metrics, and ensure every LO is accountable to their goals.
• Coach up or call out : deliver real feedback, consistent mentorship, and performance plans to help your team grow or move out.
• Work across teams : partner with Operations to improve workflows, shorten timelines, and close more deals.
• Recruit and build : attract top-producing loan officers and help shape a culture of excellence, ownership, and execution.
