Key Responsibilities :
Build and develop new client relationships with manufacturing and industrial companies through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person meetings
Conduct discovery meetings with new clients to understand current staffing challenges and workforce needs
Present customized staffing solutions to solve workforce staffing and hiring needs for contract, contract to hire and direct hire staffing solutions
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers including Hiring Managers, Executives & Human Resources
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction
Maintain CRM records and manage a strong sales pipeline while exceeding all KPI sales goals
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, experience in staffing or selling services to manufacturing / industrial industries preferred
Proven track record of prospecting and developing new business relationships.
Excellent communication, consultative sales and relationship-building skills
Organized and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
