Job Title : Per Diem PTA - Weekend Shifts Only

Company : Home Health Care, Inc.

Location : Twin Cities and Southwest MN

Compensation : $42-$46 per visit

Serving clients one-on-one in their homes

What You’ll Do :

Carry out PT plans and monitor client progression

Maintain EMR documentation

Act as a liaison between clients and supervising PTs

Requirements :

MN-licensed PTA

Availability Saturdays and / or Sundays

Strong time management and reliability
