We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and seamless onboarding experience for new employees. Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions that reflect the company’s values, culture, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and department leaders to ensure new employees have access to necessary resources and training.
• Utilize organizational tools to manage onboarding tasks, including document handling, data entry, and policy compliance.
• Create, update, and deliver digital onboarding materials through webinars and workshops.
• Collect feedback from new hires to improve and enhance the onboarding process.
• Ensure compliance with all required documentation and company policies.
• Promote an inclusive and supportive environment that helps new employees integrate successfully into the organization.• Experience with legal forms and related documentation processes.
• Proficiency in conducting background checks and managing sensitive information.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration practices and procedures.
• Ability to draft and manage legal correspondence effectively.
• Familiarity with employee benefit functions and related administrative tasks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
