Position Overview

The SMT Supervisor will oversee the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining high-quality standards. The supervisor will lead a team of operators, manage daily operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the SMT production team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Implement and maintain best practices in SMT manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in SMT technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues and improve product quality.
• Maintain production records and reports, providing updates to management as required.
