As the Senior Director of Pediatric Nursing, you will :

• Collaborate with URMCâ€s Chief Nursing Officer to establish institutional standards for nursing practice, ensuring evidence-based policies and procedures that reflect our commitment to excellence.
• Coordinate activities related to nursing care for pediatric patients, ensuring competent, comprehensive, and multidisciplinary care across all settings within Golisano Children's Hospital.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the University to address the healthcare needs of children within our community and region, making a meaningful impact on the lives of families in Rochester and beyond.
• Develop mechanisms for systematic review and improvement of clinical areas to ensure safe, efficient, and evidence-based nursing and patient care services, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee the development of operational and capital budgets for all inpatient nursing units within Golisano Children's Hospital, ensuring fiscal responsibility while advancing our mission of providing exceptional pediatric care.
