Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity. Project Management : Plan, organize, and oversee residential electrical projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. Quality Assurance : Ensure that all electrical work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations, conducting inspections and providing feedback to team members as needed. Client Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for residential clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Expertise : Provide technical guidance and assistance to electricians, troubleshooting complex problems, and ensuring the proper installation and operation of electrical systems and equipment. Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Inventory Management : Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available for projects and maintaining accurate records of usage and expenses. Training and Development : Identify training needs within the team and facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in residential electrical services. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in residential electrical operations, implementing best practices and initiatives to optimize performance.
