Employment Litigation Attorney

Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a firm in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will be experienced with :

• Defending employment civil litigation cases.
• Interviewing and meeting with client representatives.
• Insurance claims representatives, including reporting, case assessment, evaluation, and strategy.
• Taking and defending fact and expert depositions.
• Expert engagement and preparation, expert disclosures and reporting.
• All facets of pre-trial discovery and preparation.
• All facets of pre-trial motions.
• Large document production and database matters.
• Management and delegation of work to paralegals.
• First chair mediation, preferred.
• First chair trial / arbitration, preferred.
• Schedule and payment claims, preferred.
• Marketing and business development interest, and experience in drafting publications, articles, or legal presentations, preferred.
