Job description4-day workweek (for full-time) Company car lease program Exclusive territory with built-in patient referrals 100% clinical autonomy Full administrative and billing support Modern facilities with personal endo equipment (microscope included) Free continuing education hours Comprehensive benefits (for full-time) : medical, vision, PTO, and 401(k) Part-time options also available with benefit eligibility Perform 100% Endodontic procedures (no general dentistry) Diagnose and treat diseases of dental pulp and periapical tissues Provide high-quality patient care aligned with top dental ethics Maintain professional affiliations and local community presence DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completed ADA-accredited Endodontic residency , or General Dentist with advanced Endo training and 100% Endo experience Skilled in molar Endo, Endo retreatment , and microscope use US Citizenship required (foreign-trained Endodontists welcome) Supportive environment focused solely on Endodontics Access to trained Endo assistants and latest dental technologies Strong patient flow : 3–7 cases / day High earning potential — up to 70% above national average

Compensation & Incentives
- Guaranteed Salary : $350,000 annually (full-time)
- Production-Based : 45% of gross profit
- Average Daily Production : ~$9,000
- Incentives : Mileage and hotel reimbursement
- No non-compete contracts
