Position Description

ENSCO, Inc., Mission Systems Group (MSG) is seeking a Senior Operations Research, Enterprise Architect Engineer to support a Combatant Command Intelligence - Enterprise Management Support Office (CCI-EMSO) contract. The position is located in the DC Metro area either in Warrenton, VA or Ft. Washington, MD.

Duties will include :

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision-making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
• Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products.
• Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
• Document and explain organizational structures, processes, data flows, systems, and services.
• Match information technology systems with business processes.
• Support Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Portfolio Management.
• Typically work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently.
• May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and / or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
