The Job at a Glance

As an Inventory Control Specialist at our state-of-the-art fulfillment center you will work within our fast-paced, distribution environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the integrity of inventory data within the fulfillment center. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency, minimizing inventory discrepancies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.

A Typical Day

• Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Assist in root cause analysis for inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support inventory-related reporting and metrics for leadership review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Operate RF scanners and other inventory tracking tools.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and year-end audits.
