Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our dynamic team in Pewaukee, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process by designing and creating precision tools and dies that meet our high standards of quality. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of being the best in handling rope under load.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain precision tools and dies for manufacturing processes.
• Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for tool design and modifications.
• Operate CNC machines including lathes and milling machines to produce components.
• Implement GD&T principles to ensure accuracy in tool specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize tooling solutions.
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues related to tooling and machining processes.
• Maintain accurate records of tooling specifications and modifications. Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or similar role in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of CNC machines.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T principles and precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAM programming is essential.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
