Job Summary :

This role is instrumental in enhancing system monitoring and analytics, with a strong focus on Python, AppDynamics, and Splunk administration. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving operational excellence and contributing to impactful, growth-oriented initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Migrate Dashboards & Alerts : Plan, execute, and enhance migration from AppDynamics to Splunk.
• OpenTelemetry Instrumentation : Implement OpenTelemetry-based instrumentation for applications and services.
• Data Pipeline Setup : Configure data pipelines for real-time metric streaming, trace collection, and alerting.
• Dashboard Optimization : Optimize dashboards to ensure clear insights for LOB and event monitoring.
• Automation : Develop Python scripts to automate configuration migration tasks.
• Integration Testing : Integrate observability solutions into cloud environments (AWS) and DevOps workflows (CI / CD).
• Testing & Validation : Validate the new monitoring setup against the previous one to ensure data fidelity.
