Employment Attorney - Sacramento

Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience to take depositions, interview witnesses, write motions, and analyze employment law matters involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Experience with wage and hour class action and PAGA representative claims is preferred. ​

The employment arena is California is rapidly-evolving. The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, staying ahead of evolving employment laws and independently handling employment cases while tackling complex issues. We’re also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.

Coming to work with a solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork will be critical factors for success in this position.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

1. California licensed with 2+ years of experience in employment litigation, with class action/PAGA experience preferred

5. Pay range: $125,000-195,000 per year (depends on experience)
