Experienced Restoration Technician

United Water Restoration Pearland is interested in finding a Full Time Water, Mold, and Fire Technician to become a part of our new local team!

United Water Restoration has been providing Restoration Services for homeowners and businesses for over 10 years.   As our technician, you are the heart of the company. We have a passion for our business and our employees, as they are the heartbeat of what keeps our business growing!  We are committed to supporting our team with the training, tools and resources needed to grow. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with property owners to assess damages and explain the restoration process.
• Perform controlled removal of materials (drywall, cabinets, flooring, etc.) as needed.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment using industry best practices.
• Take and record moisture readings; making adjustments as needed to achieve drying     standards.
• Document job progress with photos, notes, and readings in company database.
• Monitor jobs daily and maintain clear communication with homeowners during the process.
• Rotate on-call shifts (including nights / weekends) for emergency response services.
