Responsibilities
Drive pipeline growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement
Articulate the employer's value proposition to engage potential clients and qualify their needs
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings set for Account Executives
Analyze lead generation channels to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize strategies
Provide strategic insights on lead quality and market trends to enhance collaboration between sales and marketing
Qualifications
2?5+ years of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or similar role with a record of high performance
Excellent communication skills, both persuasive and professional, over the phone and in writing
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
Analytical curiosity and genuine interest in understanding marketing and sales performance
Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Account-Based Marketing / Experience (ABM / ABX) concepts and platforms like 6sense
Hands-on experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft)
