We are seeking an experienced and motivated PE Licensed Electrical Engineer to join the team as a senior leader. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in upholding and enhancing quality standards across multiple projects. You'll enjoy high levels of autonomy, strong job security, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on a wide range of commercial projects.
What You'll Do :
- Lead quality control efforts across commercial projects, ensuring standards are consistently met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage project design and coordination from initiation through completion.
- Identify potential issues, provide actionable solutions, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Oversee contractor management and ensure all phases of the building process are completed to a high standard.
What We're Looking For :
PE License and a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Proven expertise in commercial project design, management, and coordination.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage contractors effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.A track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join?
