Job descriptionEvaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Monitor lab results and medication usage for safety and effectiveness Administer and prescribe medications, vaccinations, and therapies Explain medical procedures, test results, and treatments to patients Coordinate with a multidisciplinary care team (nurses, social workers, pharmacists, therapists, etc.) Refer patients to specialists when needed Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Tuition Assistance for employees and dependents at the University of Pennsylvania Generous Paid Time Off and Holidays Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Retirement Savings Plan with company match Child Care Subsidies
Susquehanna Family Medicine , located in Marietta, Pennsylvania , is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our experienced and supportive team.

- Team-based approach includes support with care coordination, goal-setting, referrals, and connecting patients to essential resources
