Job Purpose :

To provide leadership in the Distribution Center and provide support to all other Distribution Centers. To direct and manage all the daily functions of running a profitable distribution center including the following : sales budgets inventory control personnel building maintenance store administration and new business. This position is accountable for the Profit & Loss for its location and contributes to the overall profits of the district and company.

J ob Duties and Responsibilities :

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; lay on the floor; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must lift and / or move up to 60 pounds. The employee may work in environments as cold as 20 degrees or as hot as 105 degrees. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

In addition to possessing the skills necessary to perform these duties and responsibilities the employee must be willing and able to demonstrate these skills through regular and reliable physical attendance. All the physical demands and tasks described in these Job Duties and Responsibilities are the essential functions of this job. Travel Requirement Up to 20% travel to branches and other operating companies requiring some overnight stay travel to industry related conferences and training requiring some extended stay
