Instructor Admin - Martial Arts

Empower Martial Arts is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Instructor's Admin to join our team. We offer Taekwondo for students 3 years old and up, and Krav Maga for those 16 and older. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for our students.

This critical role involves being the primary point of contact for our customers, making your consistent presence essential to our success. We are looking for a highly dependable individual who thrives on interacting with people, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Role:

As an Instructor's Admin, you will be the friendly face welcoming students and parents to our school. Your duties include:

• Building strong relationships with students and their families
• Coordinating with our Accounts Specialist
• Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all visitors to the school
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer contact information
• Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google)
• Capture memorable moments through photography
• Support instructors at birthday parties and special events
• Maintain a clean and organized school environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for working with children and adults
• Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel preferred)
• Experience in martial arts or fitness industry is a plus

Compensation and Schedule:

• $13/hour
• Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - close (approximately 9 PM)
• Potential for additional hours on weekends for events and summer during camps.
