Chief of Staff

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff for Global Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the President of Professional Services is connected with employees and customers through strategic engagement initiatives

Manage external communications and thought leadership in collaboration with Marketing, PR, and Communications

Oversee customer participation in major events and coordinate engagement follow-up actions across the organization

Required Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a strategic leadership role within a global software or consulting organization

Familiarity with the mechanics of a services business

Proven ability to manage complex administrative and operational tasks

Deep competency in Salesforce applications and virtual collaboration tools

BA / BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
