Elevate Connections Director
Reports to : Chief Operating Officer
Department : Connections
Location : Branson, MO
FLSA Status : Full-Time, Exempt
Purpose : This position provides excellent service to those that may be hurting and hopeless. This person provides hope, love and compassion while exhibiting the skill to come alongside and connect individuals to additional resources. Must have a love for people and be willing to walk through their situation with them.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Complete intake forms on individuals seeking assistance
- Enter demographics, case notes and referral information into data collection system(s)
- Enter pertinent data into Charity Tracker, HMIS and other software programs as needed
- Assists Elevate Connections Coordinator in referral phone calls and client follow-ups
- Works with Elevate Branson staff to promote on campus programming
- Performs related duties as required
- Ability to effectively communicate (strong oral and written communication skills) and work well with a variety different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrate ability to problem-solve, analyze data, make good decisions for the organization, attend to details, and prioritize multiple projects at one time.
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of services provided.
- Process expense reports monthly.
- Manages existing grants and researches other grant opportunities.
- Assist in managing Elevate Bransons Reward Program.
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
- Manage employees, including biannual employee assessments, training, and other management tasks as necessary.
- Attend community meetings and network to grow the resources available to the people we serve.
- Create strategic goals annually for the department and regularly stay accountable to keeping those goals.
Minimum Requirements :
Required - High School diplomaRequired - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelPreferred Minimum of 2 years working in social work or a similar fieldPreferred Knowledge of the Homeless Management Information SystemGreat communication skillsGreat customer service skillsTeam playerAble to work alongside individuals from all walks of lifeWorking Conditions :
The Elevate Connections Director will work from the Elevate Branson. Must be willing to experience strong, unpleasant odors at times, emotional ups and downs, long days, and emergency crisis situations.
Physical Requirements :
The Elevate Connections Director is primarily a desk job.
