NC Water Heaters is looking for a residential Service Plumber to join our residential team. The Plumber will be based out of our Raleigh office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing & water heater systems.

The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. They will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service. Preference to those with backflow experience and certification.

What to Expect :

• 5-Star Plumbing Services – Provide stellar residential plumbing services to homeowners, realtors and property managers in the Triangle area, Monday-Friday from 8-4pm. Troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Use our software to dispatch, invoice and document customer service calls. Rotating on-call. Work independently and with a great team.
