With a four-day workweek, only 175 onsite days per year, and an exceptionally light 1 : 12 call schedule, you’ll have the time and flexibility to hike pristine trails, ski fresh powder, or take a long weekend getaway. Here, your work fits around your life—not the other way around.

You'll practice high-tech, high-altitude medicine using a brand-new da Vinci XI robotic system, with dedicated OR time every Monday and plenty of additional block time available. Whether you're performing minimally invasive prostate surgeries or general urology procedures, you’ll have the state-of-the-art tools and a dedicated team to support you every step of the way.
